Subscriptions List: Show Customer Name Instead of Email in Customer Column

🔍 Problem Statement
As an admin, I experience the Subscriptions tab showing only an email address in the Customer column, which makes it difficult to recognize subscribers at a glance and requires an extra click to confirm identity.

💡 User Story
As an admin, I want the Customer column to display the subscriber's full name with email as a secondary field or separate column, so that I can identify subscribers quickly without clicking through.

🎯 Definition of Done
- Given the Subscriptions list, when viewing the Customer column, then the subscriber's full name is displayed; email is in a separate column or shown as secondary text.
- This change impacts the UI (Subscriptions list table) and API (subscription list response — ensure name is returned).
- Limitations: customers with no name fall back to email display.

On th subscriptions tab, it would be nice if the customers name was actually listed in the customer column as opposed to the email address. Email should be its own colomn.
