Customer Profile Picture Visibility & Engagement Filter

🔍 Problem Statement
As an admin, I have no way to see customer profile pictures on the platform or identify which customers have personalized their account, which results in missed engagement signals and missed opportunities to segment onboarding campaigns.

💡 User Stories

1. As an admin, I want to see a customer's profile picture on their profile page so that my support team can make a more personal connection during interactions.

2. As a product manager, I want to filter the customer list by "has profile picture" so I can measure profile engagement and build targeted campaigns around it.

🎯 Definition of Done

• ✔ Given a customer has uploaded a profile picture, when an admin views that customer's profile, then the profile picture is displayed alongside their details.

• ✔ Given an admin is on the customer list page, when they apply the "Has Profile Picture" filter, then only customers with an uploaded profile picture are returned.

What would you like to be able to do? (One idea per form):
We love seeing customers who engage with their member dashboard, is there a customer export that shows who has uploaded a profile picture?

How would that help you?:
As a product manager, I am interested in showing demonstratable engagement to cross-departmental teams. I know my customer support team would make a deeper connection with the customer if they see their profile picture during a phone call, with a specific metric to improve this can be a fun conversation. The customer gains ownership with personalizing their profile with our product, with a metric goal to improve we can continue to build target campaigns around the customer onboarding experience. With a list of engaged customers, we can segment a next step product campaign. Most of all our company is new to a digital first, customer self-serve product, with this metric goal, I can continue to champion Pelcro as our membership product.
