Make Subscription ID Searchable in Dashboard

🔍 Problem Statement
As an admin, I experience being unable to search subscriptions by their Pelcro Subscription ID despite using it as an internal reference, which makes it difficult to locate specific records quickly.

💡 User Story
As an admin, I want to search subscriptions by Subscription ID in the dashboard, so that I can immediately locate any subscription when a customer references it by ID.

🎯 Definition of Done
- Given a Subscription ID, when entered in the subscriptions search, then the matching subscription is returned.
- This change impacts the UI (subscriptions search bar) and API (subscription search endpoint — add id filter).
- Limitations: exact ID match is required; partial search is out of scope for v1.

Can you make subscription ID’s searchable? We have come to use this ID # to reference subscriptions in house, but when we attempt to search using this number it does not populate any results. Can this be added?
