Set Start/end time & date on coupons

As a collaborator, I want to be able to set start/end time and start date on coupons in order to stay consistent with our marketing offers.

What would you like to be able to do? (One idea per form):
Have more control over coupons. We would like to be able to set a start date and time and an end time, not just date.
We would also like this done in our local time zone.

How would that help you?:
Being able to set a start date and time would be helpful but not critical, but having an end time and not just an end date is important to create a sense of urgency to a campaign. It will help our marketing efforts to be able to say the offer lasts until 6pm, and not just the date.
Obviously, this also needs to work in the local timezone, as my understanding is that the platform uses local Canadian timezone.
