Retrieve a webhook secret using core API.

The webhook secret should be included in the response for the GET and POST methods for the /api/v1/core/webhooks resource.

How would that help you?:
The core API allows webhooks to be created, but the resulting secret is not provided in the response data. This means a human must manually retrieve the secret via the Pelcro admin interface, which defeats the purpose of having an API in the first place.
