Fix the state name for the District of Columbia

Problem Statement

When exporting data, the state District of Columbia is incorrectly exported as “District of Colombia.” This results in inaccurate state information in exported files.

User Story

As a user, I want District of Columbia to be spelled correctly in exports so that exported address data is accurate.

Definition of Done

• Update the exported state value from “District of Colombia” to “District of Columbia.”

• Ensure the corrected spelling is used across applicable exports.

• No other state values or export functionality are affected.

when we do an export, the state is being exported as “District of Colombia” which is not the correct spelling. If this could be fixed ASAP that would be appreciated.
