Add 'Last Active' to Subscription & Customer List Pages

Problem Statement
As a data manager, I cannot see my subscribers' last login date & subscription plan on the same page to manage my users' access.

As a data manager, I want to see my subscribers' last login date & subscription plan on the same page to manage my users' access

Add 'last login date' to the Subscriptions page
