What would you like to be able to do? (One idea per form):
Pelcro allows us to create Tickets against a Customer record.
In the ticket creation form, we would like to see if you can add a "Reason" value option of "Outstanding AR"
How would that help you?:
A large portion of our customers are large Corporate Site Licenses and these customers are sent an invoice instead of accepting payments by credit card.
On a weekly basis, our AR team reaches out to these customers for any invoices that are past-due. They record their interactions and discussion with the customer in this ticket. Having a reason value of "Oustanding AR" as a reason for why our internal team member contacted the customer, it would help us in our reporting.
