More options for Mass Action Button

🔍 Problem Statement
As an admin, I experience the Mass Action button in E-commerce → Orders being limited to export only, which means I cannot mark multiple orders as Fulfilled in bulk and must do so one at a time.

💡 User Story
As an admin, I want to select multiple orders and mark them all as Fulfilled via the Mass Action button, so that I can process large batches without repetitive manual clicks.

🎯 Definition of Done
- Given multiple selected orders, when clicking Mass Action, then a "Mark as Fulfilled" option is available and applies to all selected orders.
- This change impacts the UI (Orders list Mass Action menu) and API (batch order status update).
- Limitations: only orders in eligible status can be bulk-fulfilled; irreversible actions require a confirmation prompt.

If you go to e-commerce, and then orders, there is a Mass Action button that lets you export selected customers. Can you add more options to that button so I can mark multiple customers at once as “Fulfilled”?
