Listing Page Modernization (UI/UX Alignment)

🔍 Problem Statement
As a Pelcro admin, I experience listing pages that don't meet modern UI/UX standards, which creates friction when searching, filtering, and managing records and reduces operational efficiency.

💡 User Story
As a platform user, I want listing pages to have consistent search, filter, column control, and pagination, so that I can find and manage records quickly.

🎯 Definition of Done
- Given any listing page, when redesigned, then it includes a persistent search bar, multi-column sort, configurable visible columns, and consistent pagination controls.
- This change impacts the UI (all listing page components in ReactJS Elements).
- Limitations: data model and API endpoints are unchanged; this is a UI/UX pass only.

Core functionalities remain fully operational: Searching Filtering (basic and advanced) Viewing Editing (where applicable) Exporting Implement date pickers in yyyy-mm-dd format. Ensure responsive design across devices and browsers. Meet accessibility standards (WCAG) . Maintain or improve performance benchmarks . QA validates functional parity and confirms new design compliance. Documentation and internal guides updated accordingly.
