Legal Consent Checked by Default in Checkout

🔍 Problem Statement

As a publisher, I experience friction at checkout when a customer must input their checkmark, which results in lost revenue.

💡 User Story

As a publisher, I want the option for enableLegalConsent checkmark to be enabled by default, so that I can streamline my checkout process.

🎯 Definition of Done (DoD)

A feature is done when:

✔ ️ Given the enableLegalConsent setting is used, when a second setting is introduced to toggle on the check by default, then the checkmark is enabled in the checkout flow.

✔ This change will impact [UI / API / SDK / Integration], specifically [describe endpoint, component, or area affected].

✔ ️ This solution will include the following limitations [list constraints, edge cases, or scenarios not supported].
