Introduce Organization List & View organization

🔍 Problem Statement

Pelcro currently has no Organization List View, making it difficult to see organizations and the customers/invoices linked to them. A new Organizations tab is needed to provide visibility and easy navigation at the organization level.

💡 User Story

As a Pelcro user, I want to view a list of organizations and access detailed organization pages so I can understand and manage customers and invoices grouped under each organization.

🎯 Definition of Done (DoD)

1. Introduce a tab called Organizations.

Organization List View

1. Display a list of organizations showing:

2. Organization name

3. Count of customers

4. Count of invoices

5. Total invoices net due (sum of all customer invoices under the organization)

6. Include an ellipsis action menu with "View Organization".

Organization Detail View

1. Details Page displays:

3. A table listing all associated customers

4. Customer name

5. Customer email

6. Shipping address

7. A table listing invoices associated within the organization.
