Currently, Pelcro clients cannot view detailed audit information for customer-level actions such as account updates, address changes, or subscription modifications. These events occur without visibility into who performed the action or when it occurred. This lack of traceability limits operational oversight, complicates support investigations, and creates accountability gaps β especially in multi-collaborator environments. Additionally, offline or manually created payments do not indicate which collaborator created them, making reconciliation and audit reviews difficult.
As an administrator or client support agent,
I want to see detailed logs of customer-related updates and payment creation activities (including who performed each action),
so that I can track account changes, ensure accountability, and improve audit visibility directly within the customerβs view.
