Introduce Activity logs in subscriptions details view

Problem Statement

Currently, subscription-related events/logs are not visible in the subscription details view, making it difficult to understand changes, investigate issues, and answer questions about a subscription’s history.

User Story

As an admin
I want to view activity logs in the subscription details page
So that I can track all subscription events and changes in one place.
