Individual Invoices

It would be helpful to be able to email an invoice to a customer on a one-off basis. I have the invoicing email disabled due to the way Pelcro structured my migrated accounts. However, there are many times I need to invoice for a subscription; for example, when I receive a subscription card it would be ideal to enter their subscription and email an invoice without having to toggle the universal invoice email on, then back off after I create the subscription and invoice the account.
