I would like to be able see all open and resolved support tickets for myself and for the platform (if I'm an administrator on Pelcro.com)

How would that help you?:
I currently have at least 7 tickets open, some of which have been open for over 6 months and want to be able to follow them in one place.
It would also be helpful for other Energy Intel administrators to be able to see/manage these tickets if I'm unavailable.
