Export Bills report

Problem Statement

Clients cannot easily generate a vendor commission report that shows a clear breakdown of commission amounts per vendor along with a total commission summary.

This requires manual work outside Pelcro, increases the risk of errors, and slows down reconciliation and reporting.

User Story

As a finance or operations user,

I want to generate a report that shows commission amounts per vendor and a total of all vendor commissions,

so that I can easily review, reconcile, and share accurate commission data without manual calculations.

Definition of Done (DoD)

✔ Pelcro provides a Vendor Bill Report accessible from the bills section. (Commmissions for BDN)

✔ The report includes:

1. Vendor name / identifier

2. Bill line item per vendor

3. Bill amount per vendor

✔ The report displays a grand total of commissions across all vendors at the end.

✔ Report can be generated for a selected date range based on the existing filters criteria (created, period start/end).
