Sales reps need to track their performance, pull reports, and create promotional coupons to drive new business, but the current role doesn't give them enough read or export access. At the same time, sales reps should not be able to modify billing, refund payments, or change subscriptions β those operations belong to Customer Service.

Create and edit coupons (was Admin only β this is a big one for sales-driven deal-making)
View invoices and download them (currently bundled with edit/pay, which Sales Rep can't do; needs to be split out)
View subscriptions (currently bundled with edit/cancel, which Sales Rep can't do; needs to be split out)
Granular customer / organization / address management β currently the role has no granular control here
