Enable coupon support during subscription renewal flow in Pelcro’s default UI

🔍 Problem Statement

As an end user of a Pelcro-powered site, I experience frustration when trying to renew my subscription through the default UI, because the renewal checkout flow does not support adding a coupon.

This results in lost opportunities for clients to offer renewal discounts or promotional incentives, and an inconsistent user experience compared to the initial subscription checkout.

💡 User Story

As a subscriber using Pelcro’s default UI on a site, I want to be able to apply a valid coupon during the renewal process, so that I can redeem available promotions or loyalty discounts when renewing my subscription — providing a seamless and rewarding experience similar to new subscribers.

🎯 Definition of Done (DoD)

A feature is done when:

✔️ Given a user with an active subscription, when they click “Renew” from the user dashboard, they are presented with an option to enter and apply a coupon before completing the renewal checkout.
