Display Product Name with Plan Details in "Choose Plan" Dropdown

🧠 Problem Statement:

In the platform, when an admin selects a plan (e.g., while creating a subscription, or modifying a user’s plan), the “Choose Plan” dropdown currently displays only the Plan Name/ Product ID.

This makes it difficult for admins to identify which plan belongs to which product — especially when multiple plans share similar names or prices across different products.

👤 User Story:

As an admin managing subscriptions in the Pelcro platform,
I want to see the Product Name, Plan Name, and Price together in the “Choose Plan” dropdown,
so that I can quickly and accurately select the correct plan associated with the right product.
