Default UI: Add Inline Paywall

Problem Statement

As a digital publisher, I experience low conversion from anonymous users to paying subscribers, which results in missed opportunities to monetize engaged audiences.

User Story

1. As a user, I want to be presented with a subscription paywall inline, so that I can easily see available plans and upgrade my access.

2. As a publisher, I want to control whether access to articles is gated inline, so that I can manage conversion and content strategy.

Definition of Done (DoD)

A feature is done when:

1. If displayPaywall is true and the type of paywall = inline, then display the inline subscription paywall that covers any part of the page wrapped with the following DIV ID=pelcro-inline-paywall.

2. The first version of the Pelcro inline paywall should have styling similar to our default UI but inspired by this.

3. Title, subtitle, button label of the inline paywall must be retrieved from the paywall select title, subtitle, metadata fields

4. Primary and secondary colors of the paywall can be updated from the Pelcro platform
