Configurable Dimming / Blur for Content Underneath Subscription Modal

1. Problem Statement

When the Pelcro subscribe modal is displayed, the content underneath remains too visible and readable. The current blur/dimming effect does not sufficiently reduce the legibility of the article or page content.

As a result:

• Readers can continue reading the content behind the modal without subscribing.

• The subscription prompt loses urgency and focus.

• Clients have less control over how aggressively they want to protect or obscure content when the paywall is triggered.

This impacts Pelcro clients (publishers/media companies) who rely on the paywall experience to drive conversions and protect premium content.

Affected Components:

• UI: Subscription/paywall modal overlay behavior (web Elements / front-end integration).

• (Potential future extension: SDK config options, but primary scope is UI.)

2. User Story

As a Pelcro client (publisher),
I want to configure how much the page content is dimmed or blurred beneath the subscription modal,
so that readers cannot easily continue reading the content, and their focus is directed toward subscribing or logging in.
