Co-Pilot: Support Query & Export of Lists/Fulfillments

📝 Problem Statement
Currently, our Co-Pilot does not support querying or exporting specific lists or fulfillments. This restricts clients from easily accessing targeted subscriber or fulfillment data within the Co-Pilot interface, creating inefficiencies and limiting actionable insights.

As a business owner,
I want to query and export specific lists and fulfillments within Co-Pilot,
so that I can quickly access, analyze, and act on the data I need.

🎯 Definition of Done (DoD)

• Co-Pilot supports querying subscriber lists and fulfillments.

• Clients can export data for a given list or fulfillment in standard export formats (e.g., CSV).

• Access control and permissions are respected when querying/exporting.

• Exported data is accurate, complete, and aligned with client expectations.

• QA validates both small and large dataset scenarios.

• Documentation and user guides are updated to reflect this capability.
