Allow for removal of metadata from customer accounts

🔍 Problem Statement

Currently, metadata tags added to customer accounts cannot be removed once created. This creates operational friction when certain metadata fields are no longer relevant (e.g., dietary requirements collected for specific conferences or events).

💡 User Story

As a platform administrator

I want to delete metadata tags from customer accounts when they are no longer needed

So that customer records remain clean, accurate, and relevant without relying on placeholder values or unused fields.

🎯 Definition of Done (DoD)

A feature is done when:

1. Add A DELETE button in the platform next to edit.

2. Should work on core api/ platform
