Allow for creation of sales that can be paid by other methods

We would like for there to be an option when creating new or renewal subscriptions where the options include paying by check, external, wire… As it is now, the only options are to pay with a credit card (which we do not want, as cards have already been charged separately on our web site) or invoice. By doing this, it allows us to accept pre-paid orders by payments other than charging via the Pelcro system, which happens frequently at our company
