Allow Deletion of Payment Method When Auto-Renewal Is Disabled

Currently, users cannot delete a payment method that is linked to an existing subscription, even when the subscription’s auto-renewal has been disabled. This limitation prevents users from fully managing their payment methods and can lead to confusion or compliance issues, especially when customers wish to remove outdated or unauthorized payment information.
