Additional lookup fields & adding columns to Customer screen

Would it be possible when doing lookups to search by the Company field? We would also like to do searches by the ZIP/Postal Code field. Additionally, if the Company field could be added to the list of optional columns for the Customer Screen, that would be helpful.
