As a business owner, I currently lack a timestamped record within the subscription view that confirms when a new phase was created from campaigns. This makes it difficult to demonstrate compliance with required lead times (e.g., 30 days prior to renewal).
As a campaign manager, I want to see the campaign phase creation timestamp in the subscription details, so that I can confirm when renewals were triggered by campaigns and ensure compliance.
Display the Campaign Phase Creation Date next to the Campaign Key in the subscription details.
Add the Phase Creation Date to the Subscriptions Export.
The field should be appended at the end of the export file to prevent breaking changes.
Test Cases:
Ensure that when a subscription has a campaign phase, the subscription details view displays the Campaign Phase Creation Date next to the Campaign Key.
Ensure that if a subscription does not have a campaign phase, the subscription details view does not display a Campaign Phase Creation Date.
Ensure that the Campaign Phase Creation Date is displayed in the correct system format (for example, YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm:ss).
Ensure that when generating a Subscriptions Export for subscriptions linked to campaigns, the Phase Creation Date appears in the export as the last column.
Ensure that when generating a Subscriptions Export for subscriptions not linked to campaigns, the Phase Creation Date column is still present but the value is empty.
Ensure that the Subscriptions Export has not changed for existing columns and that the Phase Creation Date is only appended at the end, preventing any breaking changes.
Ensure that the Campaign Phase Creation Date shown in the subscription details and export matches the actual recorded timestamp when the renewal campaign phase was created for the current phase.
