Add missing subscription fields to the API response

The API docs states that the subscription object contains the “canceled_by” and “canceled_by_type” fields, but they are actually missing from the subscription object returned by the API endpoints.

I can find similar properties in the subscription object sent by the webhooks, they are “canceled_by_email” and “canceled_by_type”. Why are they missing from the API subscription? Can they be added?
