Add last login time to Collaborator accounts

What would you like to be able to do? (One idea per form):
Add last login time to Collaborator accounts

How would that help you?:
Needed for Security and Compliance. Our auditors require us to periodically review Collaborator accounts that have administrator priviledges (which is what we have to grant to most internal users - due to lack of granular permissions).

In the absence of a Last Login Time on each collaborator, it is hard to identify inactive users or those that are eligible to be removed.
