Add last login and exports in collaborators

🔍 Problem Statement

As an Admin, I experience a lack of capabilities in the collaborators view

Specifically:

  1. No last login visibility — admins cannot identify inactive or dormant collaborator accounts, making periodic security reviews manual and error-prone.

  2. No collaborator export — the collaborator list cannot be exported, sorted, or filtered, making bulk compliance reviews impractical.

💡 User Stories

As an Account Owner or Admin, I want to see the last login timestamp for each collaborator, so that I can identify dormant or inactive accounts during periodic security and compliance reviews.

As an Account Owner or Admin, I want to export the full collaborator list (including role, status, last login, and email), so that I can perform bulk access reviews, identify accounts to deactivate, and meet auditor requirements without manually paginating through the UI.

🎯 Definition of Done (DoD)

Current release:

  1. Upgrade the collaborators view

  2. Add last login at column to collaborators table + sortable.

  3. Add export button for collaborators then a CSV/XLSX file is generated containing: name, email, role, status (active/inactive), last login, and account creation date.

    This is amazing!!! Thanks for adding these features. Just a quirk that I noticed, which is not unmanageable, is that once you take some action on a Collaborator, the view resets to the default view. In other words, say, I sort the Collaborators view by Last Login and then I delete a Collaborator who has not logged in, over 3 years, the view resets. It does not stay sorted by the Last Login.

    That said, these updates are a significant improvement to the Collaborators view. Thank you for making this happen.
