Add Carrier Routes to Fulfillment Export when Address Cleansing is Enabled

🔍 Problem Statement

Currently, the Carrier Routes field is not included in the Fulfillments Export, even when Address Cleansing is enabled. This limits the usefulness of the export for distribution and delivery optimization.

👤 User Story

As a fulfillment manager, I want the Carrier Routes field to be included in the Fulfillments Export when Address Cleansing is enabled, so that I can provide more accurate delivery instructions and streamline distribution.

🎯 Definition of Done (DoD)

A feature is done when:

1. When Address Cleansing is enabled:

2. The Carrier Routes field is included in the Normal Fulfillments Export.

3. The new field is appended to the export in a way that avoids breaking changes to existing fields.

4. Verified in staging that exports with Address Cleansing enabled contain Carrier Routes, and exports without Address Cleansing remain unchanged.

5. Documentation for the Fulfillment Export is updated to reflect the new field.

Test Cases:

Ensure that when Address Cleansing is enabled, the Fulfillments Export includes the Carrier Routes field.

Ensure that the Carrier Routes field is appended at the end of the Fulfillments Export to prevent breaking changes.

Ensure that the Carrier Routes values in the export match the actual carrier route data produced by Address Cleansing.

Ensure that existing columns in the Fulfillments Export remain unchanged in structure and order, with only Carrier Routes added at the end.

Ensure that if a carrier route is not available for an address, the Carrier Routes field appears blank (not an error).
