Add “Actioned By” to activity log on the subscription level

Problem Statement

The new activity log on the subscription level does not indicate who performed the action, which reduces auditability and operational clarity for admin users.

For example:

• Subscription created

• Payment taken

• Subscription updated

The log shows the action and metadata, but not the user (admin) who performed it.

Requested Adjustment

Enhance activity log entries on the subscription level to include the user who actioned the event.
