Add a Name column to the Members list

need to export the list of members under an Organization (e.g., church accounts) so she can share it with the organization when they need to update who receives the publication.

we need:

1. A list that includes:

2. Member Full Name

3. Shipping Address

4. (Optionally, email or other identifying info)

Impact:

1. Organizations cannot verify or update the members they are paying for.

2. Support cannot provide usable lists to customers.

Request:

1. Add a Name column to the Members list under → View Members.

2. Confirm whether this export/page can be updated to include names.
