Include Billing Information at Subscription Creation

🔍 Problem Statement
As an admin, I experience being unable to add billing information during subscription creation, which causes invoices to be generated without the required billing contact details needed by clients for payment processing.

💡 User Story
As an admin, I want to enter billing name and address during subscription creation, so that the first invoice includes complete billing information without a separate update step.

🎯 Definition of Done
- Given the subscription creation form, when filling out details, then a billing information section (name, address) is available.
- This change impacts the UI (subscription creation form) and API (subscription creation endpoint — accept billingInfo).
- Limitations: billing info entered at creation overrides existing account billing info for this subscription only.
