Ability to Trace accounting activity on an invoice.

🔍 Problem Statement

As a Pelcro collaborator (non-super admin), I cannot access the Trace Invoice option in the Accounting section of the platform, which limits my ability to investigate invoice issues or troubleshoot billing discrepancies. This results in operational delays and increased dependency on super admins for routine accounting investigations.

💡 User Story

As a Pelcro collaborator, I want to access the Trace Invoice option in the Accounting section, so that I can independently review invoice charge flows and troubleshoot billing issues without requiring super admin intervention.

🎯 Definition of Done (DoD)

✔ Given a collaborator with appropriate accounting permissions, when they navigate to Accounting → Invoices, then they should be able to access and use the Trace Invoice option.

✔ This change will impact UI and Platform permissions, specifically the Accounting → Invoice Trace functionality currently restricted to super admins.
