Ability to impersonate a Customer Login using the OpenAPI

How would that help you?:
• From time to time, in order to replicate the user experience we need to login as if we are the actual end user.
• Typically this is to check/inspect the response that Pelcro returns on the Login API call which is part of the Pelcro Open API.
• Right now, in order to invoke the login API, we need to know the password.
• It is not always possible (Customer’s objecting) to reset the user’s password for troubleshooting.
• Without logging in as the user, it is hard to inspect the site experience or the response data layer.

If needed, we are not opposed to restricting this to be enabled ONLY if a person has a specific Pelcro Collaborator Status or individuals having a certain type of API key.
