Ability to Clear or Write Off Customer Balances

🧩 Problem Statement

Some customers have lingering balances (credits or outstanding amounts) that remain on their accounts for long periods without resolution. There is currently no straightforward way for internal teams to clear or write off these balances, leading to inaccurate financial states, operational friction, and confusion in reporting and customer management.
