Ability to assign granular access controls to API keys.

Problem Statement

Currently, Pelcro API keys provide full access to all endpoints under a tenant.

This makes it hard for admins to securely share keys with external partners or automation tools without risking exposure of sensitive data (e.g., user PII, billing details).

User Story

As an admin, I want to create API keys with restricted permissions (e.g., import-only, read-only, write-only, or limited to specific endpoints)
so that I can securely integrate external partners or internal automations without exposing full platform access.
